You can do it when you sign up, but you can create free blog later.
Please navigate menu, Community -> Blogs List
From the Blogs Directory page, you will find a menu “Create a Blog” follow the instruction there. Fill the form with appropriate data.

Site Domain: all lower case and no space with your desired name; i.e.: apel
Site Tittle: will be the title of your blog; i.e:  Apel Daily Journey, etc.

How many free Blog that I can have?
Every member can only have one free blog. Please do not create more than one blog!

How can I post and change the theme of my blog?
Please sign in (login) and follow the to menu navigation -> My Sites -> “your blog title” -> Dashboard.

In Dashboard page you will find some menu on the left side, but you can just focus on Posts and Appearance menu

• Posts; to manage all your post / articles such as Create Categories and Add new articles to your blog
• Appearance; to change your theme, add widget to your sidebar blog, etc.
